Handcrafted Therapy Pillows for Natural Relief

Experience the soothing comfort of our handcrafted hot & cold therapy pillows, designed to provide natural relief for aches, pains, and everyday stress. Made with 100% cotton fabric and filled with a premium blend of flaxseed and rice, these pillows gently conform to the body for targeted comfort and relaxation.

Versatile & Effective Relief

Hot Therapy: Warm in the microwave in 30-second intervals (no longer than 2 minutes total) to ease muscle tension, cramps, and joint pain.

Cold therapy: Place your flaxseed and rice pillow in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. This allows it to absorb enough cold to provide soothing relief.

Best Practice for Cold Therapy Use:

• Freeze for at least 2 hours before use.

• Use in 10-minute intervals (10 minutes on, 10 minutes off) to prevent skin sensitivity.

• Store in a sealed bag if keeping it in the freezer long-term to prevent moisture and odors from affecting the fabric.

Comfort for All Ages Great for kids experiencing growing pains, adults with chronic pain, and anyone in need of relaxation and stress relief!

Perfect For:

•Muscle aches, joint stiffness, and arthritis relief

•Menstrual cramps and lower back pain

•Neck, shoulder, and lumbar support

•Tension headaches and migraines

•Post-workout recovery and sports injuries

•Soothing sensory comfort for anxiety and stress relief

•Cold therapy for fevers, bruises, and swelling

Customize Your Experience

Choose from a variety of beautiful fabric patterns to match aesthetic, personality, or mood. You can also enhance your relaxation by selecting from a range of essential oils and custom essential oil blends, allowing you to personalize your pillow with a soothing aroma that turns every use into a moment of sweet indulgence.

You can leave it in the freezer for up to 24 hours. However, it’s best not to leave it in there indefinitely, as prolonged freezing can cause moisture buildup, potentially affecting the fabric and filling over time.
